JULY 18TH 2007 - For anybody who believes Jim Crow is a thing of the past, please look at what is happening to six black students in Jena, Louisiana:
The cost of the trip will be $125, which includes all transportation, food, board, and equiptment (that's less than $18 a day, much less than you would be spending if you were home for that week...).
This joint initiative is going to be an incredible experience that will continue and grow when we get back to campus for fall semester. The number of participants we can take is limited, so sign-up ASAP!!!

JUNE 20TH 2007 - Cornell Hillel and the
Black Students United have joined together and planned a trip down to
New Orleans in August to help rebuild the city. The trip will be
from August 8-14th. It's after internships and before orientation even
begins, the perfect time to have an amazing experience by meeting new people, sharing new experiences, and helping our fellow citizens.
